HOW TO SHOP

  1. If you know what you are looking for, use the SOFA LEG, SINGLE SOFA, WOODEN BED and DECORATIVE PAINTING links. Only SOFA LEGS ARE SOLD ONLINE. Wooden Beds, single sofas and decorative painting are sold on bulk order basis only, please use our bulk inquiry form for immediate attention and reply.
  2. Once you have found an item you wish to purchase online, make your selection and click on the "ADD TO SHOPPING BAG" button underneath each item.
  3. Review the items in your shopping bag by clicking the "SHOPPING BAG" link at the top of the page. You can use the "REMOVE ITEM" button to delete items from your shopping bag.
  4. Click on "PROCEED TO PURCHASE" to complete your order and you will be directed to a secure Paypal credit card payment gateway. Paypal accepts all credit cards as well as Paypal money.
  5. Once your payment is completed with Paypal, you will be directed to Homespine.net. By registering an account with Homespine.net using an email address and invoice number, you will be able to track the status of your order.

  • Shipping rates for our products are based on the weight, number of pieces ordered and the destination. The weight can be found on details page. To reflect the policies of carriers we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

ORDER STATUS

For your convenience Homespine.net will automatically send you an updates regarding the status of your order via email. Email us at customercare@homespine.net

Tracking Number
For your convenience, Homespine.net will send you an email with a tracking number and carrier information as soon as your order is processed and shipped. Please allow approximately 24 hours for your tracking number to update into the carrier's web site.

Change or Modify Order
You may request a change to your order provided it has not been packed or shipped. We suggest you inform us at customercare@homespine.net promptly of any change and we shall do our best to accommodate.

Cancel Order
You may request a cancellation of your order if it has not been sent to our warehouse and shipped. Promptly notify us at customercare@homespine.net if you wish an order to be cancelled.

All credit card payment processing is done by trusted Paypal Payment System and our server service is secured from Godaddy which uses Secure Socket Layer technology. SSL is considered the industry standard for conducting secure online transactions. This technology works best when the site is viewed using Microsoft Internet Explorer or Netscape Navigator. Because we use SSL, making a payment online is just as safe as giving your credit card number over the phone.

Your credit card number is used to process your transaction and is not stored on the Homespine server. If you return to this site in the future to make another transaction, you will need to enter your credit card number again.

Please note that the transmission of data over the internet or any internet provider network is not deemed to be 100% secure. Homespine.net takes extra measures to protect your personal information but cannot guarantee the security of the method you transmit information to us. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Homespine.net wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. All our products are returnable within 30 days of receipt of the products. If you are not pleased with your purchase, you can request for a refund. Please note that the shipping charges for the products will not be reimbursed and any return shipping cost incurred will be your responsibility. All returned products must be in original manufacturer'ss condition, including packaging materials and accessories, and are in re-saleable condition. Products returned after 30 days from day of receipt will be refused. There will be a USD6 charge for all returned items.

If the terms above have been met, all you have to do is e-mail us at info@homespine.net with your name, original order number, the product you wish to return, reason for return, and e-mail address. We will send you a Return Authorization via email to be printed and included with the returned product. This is to guarantee that your account is credited properly.   • How I do make a purchase?
    Shopping at homespine.net is easy:
    We offer sofa legs for online sale only while the rest of the products are offered on bulk order basis. If you know the types of sofa legs you are interested in, click on "SOFA LEGS" to see the design options available in the product listing.

    Once you have found a leg, select your stain color and click on "Add to shopping bag" button next to each product. We require a minimum order of 4 sofa legs per order. Review your selection and then click "Shopping Bag" at the top of the page. You can use the �Remove� button to delete items from your shopping bag.

    Click on "Check Out" to complete your order.

  • Do I need to set up an account to place an order?
    No, you can shop at homespine.net without creating an account.
    However, creating an account help you to track your order and refer to past purchases.

  • Forgot my password?
    Please click on "Forget Password" button and follow instruction. We are unable to email your password to you.

  • How do I know the height of the sofa leg?
    The measurements of the legs are shown in the picture including the height.

  • How do I know an item sold is in stock?
    All items sold are in stock unless "Sold Out" is displayed. Please be aware that even if an item is in your shopping bag, it can be bought by another customer until you have completed your order.

  • What payment method does Homespine.net accepts?
    We accept all credit cards approved by Paypal payment system.

  • Is it safe to use my credit card online at Homespine.net?
    At Homespine.net, your personal online security is important to us. We use SSL encryption technology to store and transmit your personal card information provided by Godaddy Inc. directly to Paypal to process your payment. Paypal is owned by E-bay and a world-trusted payment storage facility for online value transactions.

  • How is my product shipped?
    We use UPS ground service for delivery of products within domestic continental USA. Unless requested we do not deliver by air. It may take up to 5 days for ground service delivery depending on location.

  • How do I know the cost of my freight for the products purchased online?
    In the case of sofa legs, we use a live UPS freight quote which calculates freight based on weight and postal code at the time of checking out. Homespine.net is connected to UPS freight software for this purpose only.

  • Is my package insured?
    All items are insured against theft and accidental damage while in transit from Homespine.net to the shipping address given. Once your item is delivered to a specified destination and signed for, it will no longer be covered by insurance. The maximum insurance coverage is USD100 per delivery.
    If your item is damaged upon arrival, we suggest you either refuse the delivery or make a note when signing it that you are accepting a damaged packaging.

  • How do I know you have received my order and when payment will be deducted?
    After you place your order, you will be notified via an email confirming that it has been received.
    Your card will be only be debited at the time of shipment. In the event we face problem in processing your card you will be notified.

  • How can I track my order?
    Once your order has been shipped you will receive email confirmation of your shipping details and UPS airway bill number. If you have registered you will be able to view and track your order delivery status by signing in to My Account and later Order Status

  • How do I return an item?
    Please follow the procedures below for making a return.
    1) Request a Merchandise Authorization within 15 days after receiving your order by email to return@homespine.net.
    2) Send it back to Homespine.net together with the Merchandise Authorization confirmation.
